The best way is to rack up as Many Carnages as possible for your scoring and not get hit.
When you get to an area FULL of trolls use warrior focus (Slow time through a quick combo)
Little white trolls will appear, they're darn fast and can hit hard but they give a TONNE of points.
You need a minimum of a 10x Carnage multiplier to make one appear, when you get likes likes of a 40x Multiplier you can get near 15, a quick "Pummel Weed" combo is enough to Wipe out 2/3 at a time and it's speedy points.
I only had about a 20x one and took out near enough 30 of these guys and got myself 700k points, it's that simple.
Have to warn you but, there's a limit to how many can appear in a stage run, so you best hit them all, as if you miss one that ones gone for that entire stage run.
